We believe in young people. We believe that they are the heart-beat of the future.

Our charitable arm of the business works with young people to build a connection and enhance their lives by enabling them to realize their full potential so they become agents positively influencing their social and economic communities.

Yet, we all know how difficult it is to make some life decisions, especially our young folks who are times unsure what they want to do next after their exams.

At the back of the government’s mentoring campaign for schools, we at BizShakers have designed and host Edu-prise (business) mentoring work-shops. These work-shops are aimed at students from disadvantaged backgrounds to create awareness about the entrepreneurial journey and the opportunities they have if they choose this path.

We focus on self-esteem, confidence, communication, enterprise and leadership.

Edu-prise value-based workshops offer engaging interactive sessions where the world of the everyday entrepreneur with the challenges and opportunities this comes with is introduced. We also work on providing practical tips on releasing one’s resourcefulness and developing the right social skills and attitude to any professional and/or personal situation.

Our work-shops are designed to allow for active participation and engagement and we use that platform to reflect on working with businesses, equipping oneself with the right ‘business armour’ and adding value to the local community.

We believe in fully supporting our young people who are undecided on their career path and as such present them with choices and opportunities to develop the important habits of mind, skills and perspective.

Nana Yorke has helped many change their life stories; be it business or personal.
